Container Selection
Your product starts with the right vessel. Our stock program spans reed diffuser bottles from 120 ml matte-black glass to 2,000 ml hotel-lobby sizes, candle jars, and spray bottles — with existing tooling that keeps custom MOQs at 500–1,000 units per SKU. Choosing from our tested containers means shorter lead times and proven leak-free assembly. If your design needs a unique silhouette, our engineering team can develop a new mold for established brands scaling up. Every container is inspected before filling, and our sales team will match the vessel to your product line and retail shelf plan.
Content Choice
The base determines both performance and compliance. We formulate reed diffuser oils, candle wax systems (soy, paraffin and blends), room spray concentrates and sachet fillings to meet your market’s requirements. Our in-house team advises on wick-and-wax matching, fragrance load and evaporation rate so your product performs consistently from first week to last. Documentation — including MSDS and IFRA compliance statements — accompanies each formulation, and production batches are retained for traceability. If you are launching into the EU or US market, we align base selection with the compliance documents your importer or marketplace requires.
Fragrance Selection
Scent is the reason customers repurchase. We work with fragrance oils supplied by Firmenich, Givaudan, OGAWA and CPL — four of the world’s major fragrance houses — and can disclose fragrance sources for your compliance review. Our development team blends and stability-tests each fragrance in the actual base material, checking hot throw, cold throw and scent longevity before it reaches your label. With roughly 200 new product designs developed in-house each year, you can pull from proven best-sellers or brief us on a custom scent direction. IFRA compliance statements are provided with every formulation.
Color Consultation
Color sells before scent does. We coordinate color across the whole product — wax dye, glass finish (including our matte-black and colored bottle ranges), reed color, label and carton — so your shelf presence is cohesive. Using physical color samples rather than screen approximations, we match your brand palette and confirm shades under retail lighting conditions before mass production. Color consistency is verified at incoming-material and finished-goods QC stages, so batch-to-batch variation stays within your agreed tolerance. Send us your brand swatches or a Pantone reference and we will return a prototype set for approval.
Packaging Design
Retail-ready packaging is the difference between a product that sits in a warehouse and one that ships straight to store shelves. Our design team develops labels, cartons, inserts and gift-set structures that fit your brand system, and we print, assemble and pack under one roof. For e-commerce sellers we support barcodes, retail packaging that survives parcel shipping, and batch documentation for marketplace compliance. Where your order needs it, third-party inspection can verify packaging before dispatch. Existing packaging structures keep custom MOQs at 500–1,000 units — the same price-efficient starting point as your product.
Shipping
A reliable export desk protects your launch dates. Custom production runs 45–60 days including fragrance confirmation, production and QC — and we flag peak-season slots (Christmas, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day) early so you can book capacity instead of missing the window. We prepare complete export documentation, use protective cartoning tested for ocean freight, and coordinate shipments to your forwarder or door. Compliance paperwork (MSDS, IFRA statements, certificates of origin where applicable) is assembled with each order.
