What is your MOQ for custom home fragrance?
Full-custom OEM/ODM starts at 500–1,000 units per SKU depending on the product line. Stock products with light customization (your label) can start at 100–200 units for market testing.
How long does a custom order take end to end?
Samples ship in 5–7 working days. Standard custom production runs 15–25 days once the formula and packaging are approved. Plan 45–60 days end to end for fragrance confirmation, production and QC.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are ordered by piece, and for most projects the sample fee is deductible from your first bulk order — confirm the policy in writing before paying.
Do you provide OEM, ODM and private label services?
Yes. OEM manufactures to your specification, ODM includes design and development, and private label applies your branding to an existing product. We support OEM/ODM/OBM with artwork, barcodes and outer-carton specs.
What certifications and compliance documents do you provide?
MSDS, IFRA compliance statements, ISO 9001 (certificate 25026Q00156R053) and amfori BSCI (monitoring ID 25-0363070) documentation are available with your order; third-party inspection is supported.
